• Ensure the property is clean, staged, and ready at the scheduled time

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property

• Disclose any hazards, restrictions, or special requirements prior to the shoot

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

5. Weather and External Conditions

Service delivery is dependent on suitable weather and lighting conditions. We are not liable for delays, rescheduling, or variations in output caused by environmental or site-specific factors beyond our control.

6. Delivery and Turnaround

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, project complexity, and external factors. While we aim to meet agreed deadlines, we do not guarantee delivery within a fixed timeframe unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All photographs, videos, and media produced by SarVibe Media remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the media for agreed marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute media to third parties without written consent

• Alter or edit media in a way that misrepresents our work

• Use media for unlawful or misleading purposes

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual quotes or invoices. Late payments may result in delays in delivery or additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SarVibe Media excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:
